Chapter 12: The Horrible news.
Chapter 12: The Horrible news.
The day’s almost finish. Me and Jennette got many things from the mall in just 3 hours. I finished dinner and before I knew it I was tucked in on my bed and wearing my Pajamas watching TV. I was about to fall asleep when someone knocked on my door.
“Come in!” I shouted
A certain brown haired guy went inside. It was Nathan.
“What are you doing here?” I asked him. He sat at the foot of the bed.
“You don’t want me here?” He asked standing up.
“I’m just asking” I said. He sat down again.
“Just wanted to hang out” He told me
“At night?” I raised an eyebrow.
“Yup.”
“Seriously why?”
“I want to tell you something...” When he said those words. I got a little nervous. Is he going to break up with me? No Miranda you’re just being paranoid.
“What?” I said nervously
“I’m..........”

Chapter 11: A not so fun beginning on set.
Miranda’s POV.
It’s early morning I remember I had to go to set. I took a shower and did my usual morning
routines. I remember my car wasn’t fixed yet and both of my parents are at work. I texted
Jennette asking her if she left her house since she lives 3 blocks away, and if I could come with
her. I was wearing simple clothes since its only table reads and run through. While waiting for
Jennette’s reply, I decided to put some foundation and a concealer on. I put a foundation since I
was looking pale and a concealer because I have massive eyebags. Then my phone beeped.
Not yet, sure come with me, but I warn you. I’m a bad driver. Lol. I’d be there in a few
Then I replied.
Thanks! No worries I’m a bad driver too.
Then I went downstairs then someone was honking the horn. I ran downstairs and went to the
car.
“Hi “ I said sitting down the passenger seat.
“Hello” Jennette. Then she drove.
“Hey after rehearsals want to go to the mall?” I asked her
“Sure! Why?”
“I just want to hang out.” I said
“Is Nathan coming with?” She asked while looking at the road
“Nathan? Shopping?”
“Right”
“Plus I need to go to MAC” I said
“Why?”
“I need to re-fill these” I said taking out a plastic bag full of empty containers of eye shadows.
“Oh” Jennette said. We arrived at set
“Thanks for the ride!” I said
“You’re welcome” Jennette said and we parted to our dressing rooms. Just as I sat down on the
couch someone knocked.
“Come in!” I shouted. Then a certain brown haired guy peeked. It wasn’t Nathan, Oh my gosh. I
stood up the couch knowing the person.
“What are you doing here?” I said
“Why? Cant your ex-boyfriend come over” He said.
“Why? You haven’t said enough yet?”
“No I want you back in my life” Nat said coming closer to me.
“I’m dating someone” I said moving backwards.
“Well he doesn’t have to know” He said moving closer to me. It was a dead end I was already on
the wall. Beside me was a couch. I jumped on the couch and made it a bridge to get out of this
dressing room. I was running fast. I had tears on my eyes. At that moment I was very furious. I
headed to Nathan’s dressing room. I knocked so loud. Then someone opened the door. I hugged
the person tightly. Then he closed the door. We sat on the couch.
“What’s wrong” Nathan asked
“Nat went inside my room. He said he wants me back to his life, and I said were dating, then he
said ‘well he doesn’t have to know. So he moved closer I ran for my life then came here.” I said,
before I knew it I was already crying.
Nathan hugged me.
“I’m going to kill him” Nathan said furiously. Then he stood up. He was heading to the door. But
I stopped him pulling him to the couch.
“Dont! Kill him some other time. Not now we still have table read.” I said
“Okay” He said hugging me.
Moments later we decided to talk about things. I told him me and Jennette would be shopping.
And all that stuff. When someone knocked.
“Come in!” We both said. It was Dan.
“Table Read starts in a few minutes.” He said.
We both stood up and headed to the door.

Yes I know very short. But the day’s not over yet. I know I know, why is Nat there?
Chapter 10 : 50 states game.
Miranda’s POV
When Nathan parked his car. When we went inside Nathan decided to order for us.
“What you guys want?”
“I’d Have strawberry vanilla something” I smiled confused.
“I’d have a green tea frappuccino” She said
“And and a chocolate donut” I said
“Okay Madams” Nathan said then left. We sat on the sofa liked chairs. Jennette sat across me.
“Wanna play a game?” She told me.
“Yeah sure.” I said.
“You have paper and pens with you?”
“Yeah three pens and a yellow pad” I said getting them off my bag.
“Good” She said. Just then Nathan arrived and sat beside me.
“Good what?” He asked.
“Were going to play a game.” Jennette said.
“Really? What game?” He asked
“I was getting there” She told Nathan
“So we each get paper then we list down the 50 states without sources. In just 7 minutes” Jennette said
“Mr. Kress” The staff said. Nathan stood up and headed to the counter. Jennette got here iPhone and put it on the table. It was on the timer for seven minutes. Then Nathan went back with a tray with Strawberry Vanila, Green Tea Frappuccino and some decaff latte. And three chocolate donuts.
“Ready?” Nathan said while handing us our food.
“Wait!” I said
“What?” Jennette asked
“I need to pee” I said. Nathan got out from his seat so I could exit and went to the restroom to do my business.
When I finished I saw they were about to eat their donut. I got there they didn’t even eat it yet. Nathan got out of the ‘couch’ and I scooted in.
“Ready?” She asked
“Go!” She touched for the timer on her phone.
I wrote it alphabetically. Oh no! What am I missing? I took a sip at my drink and a bite of my doughnut while thinking. Before I knew it seven minutes was over.
“No!” I said.
Then we started to count.
“ I got 43” Nathan Said
“I got 48, Ha!” Jennette said
“I got 45” I said.
“I’m a winner” Jennette said doing her victory dance.
“So what do we do know, we haven’t even have half of our food.” Nathan said
“We could play Word Association, I’d say a word and say the first word that comes in your mind” I said
“Okay who starts?” Jennette Asked.
“Nathan” I and Jennette both said simultaneously.
“Okay after me?” Nathan asked
“Jennette” I said
“Okay then, let’s start” Nathan said.

After moments of playing we finally finished eating. I realized it was already 5:00.

We all stood up and went to the car.

Me and Jennette dance in our seats while singing. Nathan just sang. But we never said the badwords.

We arrived at our house about ten minutes after. We went inside and headed upstairs.
We opened the T.V. Then the Secret Life of an American teenager was on. It’s a replay.
Nathan commented on everything happened.
I was on the floor and the two was on the edge of the bed.
“That’s the consequence of doing things that’s not appropriate before marriage” Nathan commented
Me and Jennette replied the same things. ‘shhhhh’
It’s already 6:00 Jennette had to leave. So I and Nathan were left.
“Wanna play chess?” I asked him
“Sure” He said.
I was playing black and he’s white. He’s pretty good at this.
“NO! Don’t move that” I covered my mouth he wasn’t supposed to move it but I gave him a hint. I hate myself.
“Wohoo!” Nathan jumped out of the bed and did his victory dance.
It was already seven. He needed to leave.
“Oh bye” I said giving a weak smile.
We were at my room’s doorway.
Then we kissed which lasted for about three minutes.
“So this is how our good-byes are going to be?” I asked him
“Maybe” he winked at me
“Night, see you tomorrow on set” I said smiling and gave him a last kiss on the cheek.
“Night.” Then he left.
I was too full to eat dinner so I changed on my Pajamas and slept like a princess.

Chapter Nine: It’s Official
I woke up about eight ‘o’clock. I was too lazy to take a shower so I decided to watch some T.V. I
turned it on it was on HBO playing Clueless. I watched for the first 30 minutes. Then my mom
came in my room.
“Breakfast” She told me
“Okay.” I stood up took my pink robe and headed down.
Dad was reading the newspaper. I and mom were eating pancakes.
“So can Jennette and Nathan come over?” I asked.
“Sure” Dad answered
“You know honey we never went to a movie theatre in years, maybe we could go while they
hang out.” My mom asked
“Sure then let’s go to dinner” Dad suggested.
“You can handle yourself here right Miranda?” Mom asked.
“Sure, I guess”
“What time are they coming here?” Mom asked.
“About twelve”
“Then we leave at 10:30 then” Dad said.
After we finished eating, I washed the dishes. Then I went upstairs when I was finish. I took
shorts that’s above the knees, but not that short. And a pink tank top. Then I went to the
bathroom. I finished taking a shower then I decided to blow dry my hair. As soon as I finished, I
went to watch T.V while waiting for them. Since it was only 9:00. The show was The Secrets of
An American Teenager. One of my favourite shows. And I don’t know why. It was already
11:00 when it finished. I realized I was hungry. So I went downstairs and got some
microwavable lasagne. Then when I finished microwaving it I went upstairs. My phone has a
message since it lit up. I looked at it, it was from Jennette.
Coming der early is it ok?
I replied.
Yea sure. Wat time?
Then someone doorbell. That was fast. I went downstairs and saw Jennette at the peephole. She
was wearing a pink shirt with a green tank top, a below the knees shorts and brown flipflops.
“That was fast, come in” I told her. She’s been here many times already.
“Have you eaten already?” I asked her before going upstairs.
Then she showed me a brown paper bag which has a logo of McDonalds.
“Oh okay.” Then we headed upstairs.
When we got there Me and Jennette sat on the bed. She took her nuggets out of the paper bag,
and I ate my lasagne. I saw her glance at my cork board.
“What’s with the picture in the middle?” She asked dipping her nuggets.
“Were.......dating” I whispered in the dating part.
“Really??”
“Yeah”
“I’m so happy for you! Wait, aren’t you dating that guy from that show. What’s his name?”
Jennette asked me.
“Nat? Oh he broke up with me”
“I always hated that guy” She told me.
We started to laugh when someone was calling me.
“Excuse me” I told her.
“Hello?” I didn’t bother to look at the caller ID
“Hi’ya”
“Uhm who’s this?”
“Nathan”
“Oh Hi!, Jennette is here already” Then I Handed the phone to Jennette.
“Hey Nathan” Jennette said
“I thought the plan was 12:00?”
“It’s already 11:30 plus I we’d have some girl stuff while you’re not here”
“Oh so I’d come there on 12?”
“Yeah and eat already there.”
“Okay hand the phone to Miranda.” Then she handed the phone to me.
“Yo!” I said
“Id come there 12?”
“Yup”
“Okay then bye.”
“Buh bye”
Then we both hung up.
Then I took a hair tie and tied my hair into a messy bun.
“Did you get the new script?” I asked her?
“Not yet.”
“Me too.”
“ So you want to go to starbucks when Nathan arrives?”
“Sure.”
The last thirty minutes we put nail polish on our feet. and all that stuff
Then someone door belled.
“Come with me downstairs”
“Sure”
We raced down stairs. Then I opened the door.
“Hey! Come in” I said
“Why wouldn’t I?” He said raising an eyebrow
“Right “ I closed the door soon as he went in.
“Look at the love birds” Jennette said.
“You told her?” Nathan asked me pointing at Jennette.
“Yup” I said smiling
“Okay..”
“So let go upstairs or we go to star bucks?”
“Let’s go to starbucks”Nathan said.
“Wait!” I shouted.
“Going to change clothes” I said
“Why?” Nathan asked
“Cause this is my house clothes if thats what you call it.” I said
“Just come on lets go upstairs” Jennette said heading to the stairs. We both followed.
I took a t-shirt with a picture of an ice cream on it and some skinny jeans. Then I went inside the
bathroom. Jennette and Nathan was watching spongebob on nick. After I finished dressing up, I
decided to put some make-up, just a foundation since I was looking pale. Then I went out.
“Ready” I said
“Okie-Dokie” They both said standing up.
I took my bag and stuffed it with my wallet,phone and house keys. Then we left.
We were at Nathan’s car. I was at the passenger seat. Me and Jennette was talking too much but
I guess Nathan didn’t mind.
We arrived at star bucks.

Chapter Eight: Texting
Miranda’s POV
I woke up about 11’o’clock, when I saw nobody beside me except a sticky note. I read it and it said:
Heading home, sorry didn’t get to say goodbye.
You’re sleeping, sleepy head. Just text me when
You wake up.

I smiled. I reached for my phone then stood up and went to my computer table. I texted:
Awake and tweetingJ
Then I pressed the send button. I decided to take out the picture of me and Nat. I got my pink
scissors and cut it into small pieces then threw it at my trash can. Then I took one of me and
Nathan’s picture and posted it in the middle. I also posted the note he left me at the side. Now its
time to delete me and Nat’s photo at my computer. I went to my computer then photos then
deleted everything I had with him. Then my phone beeped. It was Nathan
How was ur sleep?
I replied
Very fine.. what are you doing?
Then while waiting for his reply. I took a pencil and paper and started drawing. First I drew
hearts, then I wrote Mrs. Miranda Kress. Was I that in love? Then my phone beeped.
Just tweetin. U?
I replied
Drawing.
After I sent that message, I texted Jennette.
Wanna come over tomorrow?
Then I continued drawing. Then I took my coloring pens from the drawer and started coloring.
My phone beeped.
It was Jennette.
Sure, what time?
I texted.
Maybe 12:00? I’ll invite Nathan 2
Then I wrote a new message to Nathan.
Uhm. I was wondering if u could come here tomorrow. Jennette is comin 2. 12:00 pm
Then I went to get my pajamas. Then changed. After I went to my computer desk then got my
phone. Then tucked myself in the bed. I looked at the messages.They both said yes. I replied to
both of them goodnight. Then drifted off to sleep.

Chapter Seven : The Talk
Chapter Seven: The Talk.
Miranda’s POV
I got out of the shower with the towel wrapped around my head. I saw Nathan and checking his twitter.
“Hey” I said taking the towel of my head. And drying my hair with the towel.
“Hey “He said smiling.
“What are you doing?” I asked him going to my computer table
“Tweetin, unless you want to do something else.” He said facing up since I was standing and he was sitting.
“Wanna check out my photo albums?” I asked
“Sure.”
“Stay here”
Then I went outside and headed to the living room.

Nathan’s POV
Here room was pretty girly. There was a cork board with bunch of pictures and in the middle was her and Nat. I felt kind of sad. Then I looked around the cork board. There was bunch of pictures of her and her friends. And lots of pictures of the iCarly cast. And about six pictures of us. It’s not really a competition but ha! I got six with Miranda and how many does Nat have? One. Then someone came inside.
“Hey” I said
“Hi” She was carrying lots of Photo albums. I went to her and offered to carry some. I took about four. And placed it on the bed. We sat on the bed. I took off my sneakers
“Can I have socks on the bed?” I asked
“Yeah, Sure.” She said smiling sweetly. Then I Indian sit. She took one album.
Moments after. I was going to point at a picture. Turns out she was going the same. Our hands met. I looked at her, so did she.
“Oh sorry.” I said
“No its okay.” She said smiling
“And sorry for a while ago” I said
“Why?”
“I kissed y-“
“I was kinda glad you did” She blushed

Did I just say that? I don’t know myself anymore! But I was really glad too.
“Really?” He asked me raising an eyebrow
“Can this be an answer?” I grabbed his shoulders and kissed him. Seconds later I broke the kiss.
“So are we like dating now?” He asked me.
“I think.” I said.
“Do you want to?”
“Yes” I whispered.
He jumped out the bed and stood up.
“Really?”
“If you don’t like-“
“No, no, no, no” he ran to my side. And sat down at the bed
“I like it” He said then hugged me.
We spent the whole day together. Watching TV, Talking and playing. Then I fell asleep.

The best day of my life. What time is it? Oh no I got to go home. I stood up slowly, didn’t want to wake up sleeping beauty. Then I took a sticky note and wrote:

Chapter 6: Fearless
Miranda’s POV
There’s something bout the way the streets looks when It’s just rained.
Me and Nathan, we were walking to his silver car outside.
There's a glow off the pavement, you walk me to the car.
We were still walking. It’s kinda a very long way where he parked last night.
And you know I wanna ask you to dance right there
In the middle of the parking lot, yeah
I was freezing I wanted to hug him on the sidewalks but I was too shy. We finally arrived at his silver car. I sat on the passenger seat.
We're drivin' down the road, I wonder if you know
I'm tryin' so hard not to get caught up now.
I was staring at Nathan the whole time. That was weird. Am I actually falling in love with him? Or is it just a crush?

He runs his hands through his hair. Okay it’s just a crush Miranda! It’s just a CRUSH. No its not! Yes it is!
And I don't know how it gets better than this

This is great. How does it gets better than this? He’s perfect. He’s smart, cute and funny. He’s

It’s traffic. So we had to stop.
“Why are you looking at me?” He asked me. Was I staring that long? I was.
“Uhm, you know” I’m trying to make excuses.
“I don’t know” he raised an eyebrow.
“I was thinking where’d you get your haircut?” I said
He was already driving. Before I knew it, I was already at the front of our house.
“Want to come in?” I asked him.
“I’ll ask my mom” Then he called his mom, there was a couple of yes and yeah.
“Yup I could stay until dinner” He said. We headed to the front door.
“Mom! I’m home. Nathans Here” I shouted.
“Okay” My mom shouted. We headed upstairs.
Well, you stood there with me in the doorway
my hands shake; I'm not usually this way
Okay, is it just me or its getting hot in here? Why am I nervous? We just stared at each other in
the doorway to my room.
But you pull me in and I'm a little more brave
Each second we got closer to each other. Is this for real? Our lips were millimetres apart when
suddenly.
It's the first kiss, it's flawless, really something
He kissed me. First, I was shock. I couldn’t help it. So I kissed him too. I could feel a spark and
feel tingly inside. Is that how I’m supposed to feel? This kiss, it’s fearless.
I realized I haven’t taken a shower yet. So I broke the kiss.
“Huh?” He asked me.
“I haven’t taken a shower yet” I said smiling.
“Oh yeah, sure go ahead.”
“Wanna sit use the computer while I’m taking a shower?” I asked him
“Sure”
I went to my computer table and he followed. He sat down, I went to my closet to get some
clothes. I took it with me and place it on a little table at my bathroom. Then I took a shower.

Nathan’s POV
Did I just do that? Did I just kiss her? I couldn’t help myself. She’s everything I want my dream
girl to have. Maybe she is my dream girl.
I went to twitter. Jennette’s tweetin like crazy! She filled the whole page.
I can’t focus reading the tweets. I was thinking about the kiss. When I saw Miranda’s tweet last
night. I guess she tweeted using her phone. She tweeted “Best Night Ever.”>
heard the shower stop. I guess she’s finish.

Chapter 5: Good Morning Sunshine
Nathan’s POV
I woke up this morning, no one was beside me. Where is she? I looked around the room. Nope
she’s not here.
“Miranda?”
“Down here!” I heard her shout.
I headed down the stairs. When I got down, there she was, cooking breakfast.
“What cha cooking there?” I asked her
“Breakfast” She smiled.

Miranda’s POV
“Breakfast” I smiled.
I put down two plates on the table. A plate contains; bread, egg (sunny side up) and bacon. He sat down on his chair. I sat down across where he was sitting. We ate breakfast with a comfortable silence.
“So....”I said trying to make a conversation.
“I’m going home later” I said smiling.
“Oh” He said. I could see he was sad. But I do have to go home.
“Who’s picking you up?” He asked me.
“I’m walking home” I said eating my bacon
“No, no, no, no, no! I will not let you walk”
“Then how?”
“I’ll drive you home.”
“Really?”
“Yup”
“Thanks!” I said standing up and hugging him from behind.
“You’re the best!” I said then I kissed his cheek.
“Am I better than Nat?” He said
“Of course!” I said heading back to my plate.

Chapter Four: Untitled
Miranda’s POV
I couldn’t sleep. I was sweating. I couldn’t take it anymore; I stood up and went to Nathan’s sleeping bag. I sat down ‘Indian style’. I couldn’t wake him up. He was sleeping soundlessly. I poked him. Nothing happened. I shook him.
“Huh? I didn’t get any pancakes yet.” He said a bit woozy.
“Nathan! Wake up!” I whispered.
“What’s wrong?” He asked me.
“I couldn’t sleep because of that movie”
“Oh, want me to help you get to sleep?”
“Yeah that’s why I’m here” He then started to carry me in a bridal position. I didn’t complain. I just giggled.
He put me down on the bed.
“Now sleep princess”
“That didn’t solve any of my problems”
He sat beside me and I was lying down. He opened the lampshade. Then someone knocked.
“Nathan?”
“Mom?”
“I’m leaving for a while, the office needs me”
“Okay.”
“So why are you there on your bed?”
“Oh I can’t sleep because we watched a scary movie, Mrs. Kress” I said shyly
“Oh okay, if you need anything just ask Nathan”
“Bye!” We waved at her.
Moments passed we were talking about different random things. Till we got nothing to talk about. Then I fell asleep. Then he was leaving, I felt it.
“Nathan, stay”
“Are you sure?”
“ I Completely trust you” I smiled.
His arms were wrapped around me. I felt like I was on cloud nine. What does that even mean?

Chapter Three: Sweet Dreams
Miranda’s POV
Were here at Nathan’s room. He went to his drawer and handed me a big t-shirt.
“Here, try this it might fit you” He said smiling.
“Thanks!” I headed to the bathroom. When tried it on. It was above my knees. Was he that big?
It fit me perfectly but It was short. Good thing I wore short shorts with leggings. I wore the shorts. And headed out.
“Wow” he said staring at me.
I started to pose.

“Okay my turn Truth or Dare?” Nathan asked me.
“Dare.” I said smiling.
“I dare you to watch a scary movie with me.” Nathan said raising an eyebrow
“Bring it on!” I said.
“I’ll pick” He said standing up and heading to his big collection of movies.
“Ah! Here!” He handed me out the grudge.
“Eh I watched this before” I told him
“Japanese version” He raised an eyebrow. Why does he like doing that?
“Uhm, no” I said smiling.
Momments Later
“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!” I screamed.
“Miranda, relax it’s a mo-“then he made choking sounds. Is he scaring me? He stood up.
“No please don’t leave meee!” I screamed
He went to the DVD player and took the DVD.
“Relax!” Nathan said coming to me holding my shoulders.
“You were choking me to death” He said shaking me. Oh so that’s why he was making those weird noises.
I looked deep into his eyes. There we go again. Our lips were millimetres away again.
RingRing Ring Ring.
What now! Nathan stood up and went to the house phone.
“Hello?”
“Is this the Kress’ residence?”
“Yes Why?”
“Did you guys order pizza?”
“Oh, no.”
“Oh okay” Then the line was dead.
“What was that?” I asked
“Someone thought we ordered pizza”
“Oh”
“I’m getting tired” I said yawning.
“Yeah me too, I’m going to crash” Nathan said he went to get his sleeping bag. He placed it on the floor.
“I’d go to the bathroom” I said
After doing my business. I went to wash my hands. And fixed my hair. Oh! I remember I had lip gloss on my shorts’ pocket. I applied it on my lips. And after some final touches I went outside.
Lights were out. I went to Nathan’s sleeping bag.
“Night Nathan” I said smiling and kissed him on the cheek.
“Night Miranda” He said.
I headed to the bed. And sleep.

Chapter Two: Theres a storm.
Nathan’s POV
Is it just me or its raining? I and Miranda raced down the stairs. No one won. We went to the kitchen. Our dinner was meatloaf.
“Hey mom, is it raining? And where’s dad?” I asked
“Yes it’s raining, and your dad’s on a business trip”
“Oh”

They were eating with an awkward silence. When suddenly Miranda’s phone rang.
“Uhm, excuse me.” Miranda said shyly then she went to the living room.
Miranda’s POV
“Hello? Mom?” I asked
“Miranda, I wont be able to pick you up. There’s a storm coming. Think you could sleep over there?”
“I don’t know mom.”
“Hand the phone to Nathan’s Mom”
I did what Mom said.
“Uhm, excuse me Mrs. Kress, my Mom wants to talk to you”I handed the phone to Mrs. Kress.
She headed out to the living room
I sat down and ate my meatloaf silently.
“Hey did you know there’s a storm coming?” I said asking Nathan
“Why you’re scared?” He teased me
“No!” I said
“Yes” I whispered.
“Don’t worry I’d be here to protect you” He winked at me.
Mrs. Kress went inside.
“Uhm, Miranda, Your mother said that you’d be staying over tonight or until the storms gone.”
“Oh really? Thanks very much Mrs. Kress” I looked sad but inside I was extremely happy.
“You’re Welcome”
“But what’s she going to wear?” Nathan asked
“You lend her your clothes” Mrs. Kress
“Where is she going to sleep?” Nathan asked
“In your room.”
“What!” we both said simultaneously
“Yes, Nathan sleeps on the ground then Miranda sleeps on the bed.” Mrs. Kress said.
“Oh.” We both said simultaneously, again
“No more questions?” Mrs. Kress asked
“None, none at all” I said before Nathan could ask more. Then I glared at him.
We ate silently. When we finished I offered to help Nathan to wash the dishes. Mrs. Kress went to the master’s bedroom to rest and watch some movies.
Nathan washes, I dry.
“So how are my clothes going to fit you?” Nathan asked
“Well figure out something” I said.
We finished and headed to Nathan’s room

Is it just a Crush? Chapter one
Nathan’s POV
Was this Fate, Nat Wolfe just broke up with her. And I might be her crying shoulder?
Miranda started to hum.
“Come just sing you know you want to” I said smiling while looking at the road.
“Would you sing with me?” Miranda said
“Eh, I don’t know my voice is a bit..ugly” I whispered when I said ugly.
“Who cares it just the two of us. And look traffic. You could stop see.”
We started to sing the chorus, together
“ And I’ll Be your Crying shoulder....The greatest Fan of your life”
Then the road started to move.
We arrived about ten minutes after.
My mom was cooking, I told her Miranda’s coming over. My brothers are in college dorms. So they’re not here.
“Hi Mom!” I said and dragged Miranda.
“Hey” My mom said then we hugged.
“Good Afternoon Mrs. Kress”
“Nice to meet you Miranda. So you guys go upstairs to Nathan’s Room and Ill call you when it’s dinner time”
Miranda’s POV
“Nice to meet you Miranda. So you guys go upstairs to Nathan’s Room and Ill call you when it’s dinner time”
I just smiled then faced Nathan. I was giving him the ‘lets go’ face. We went upstairs. His room was very, boyish.
“Wanna Sit?” He asked me
“Sure” I said exploring his room.
I sat on his bed. He was setting the TV I think he’s going to play something. I was still heartbroken; Nat broke up with me just a while ago. And after that, I saw him with a girl.
*FlashBack*
Miranda’s POV
“Uhm Miranda, Can I talk to you?” Nat said
“Sure”
“Uhm, I don’t how to say this but I think we should break up”
“What?!??”
“But we could still be friends?”
“Uhm okay. Fine!”
He left me heartbroken. With no explanation why. I tried to keep my cool. Then I headed to star bucks, to heal my broken heart. When I got my de-caf mint chocolate coffee. There he was flirting with another girl. I feel bad for that girl. Since he’s just going to dump him. I ran outside. Went back to set. I knew where to go this time. I knocked on his door. There he was happy than ever. I hugged him. He let me in. I explained what happened. I knew he was furious. I couldn’t blame him.
*End of Flashback*
He was setting his x-box.
“Whatcha doin?” I asked him
“Were going to play”
“What?”
“Call of Duty”
“Okay?”’
“A video game”
“Does it involve blood?”
“Yeah” He faced me smiling
“You don’t like blood?” He asked me
“Earth to Nathan, I’m a girl!” I said pointing at myself
“Fine! Rockband?” Nathan said
“Okay! Let’s start!”
“I’d be guitar!” I said I stood up.
“Drums!” Nathan said
“So where’s the guitar?”
“I won’t give it to you in one condition”
“What”
“You’d sing”
“No!”
“In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1?”
“I said no!”
“Please?” Nathan has the most beautiful eyes. I can’t help my self
“Fine” He gave me the guitar and mic
As soon as we picked our character. We chose a song. We chose Brighter by Paramore

“Ahh!” I screamed I reached out to hug him. The hug lasted about a minute. I figured out I wanted to stay this way. I looked into his eyes. So did he. Our lips were millimetres apart when
“Nathan! Dinner Time!” His mom shout.
We broke our hug.
“So yeah one hundred huh?” Nathan asked me. I blushed.
We headed out his room.
